Invoice Requirement

• Delivery charges (if applicable)
• Payment instructions
• Invoice number for payment reference

Customers should use the invoice number when submitting payment to ensure proper processing and tracking.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Customers may submit payment directly to our designated business bank account via wire transfer.

Customers may make payment using a certified bank check, cashier's check, or approved bank-issued check deposited directly into our business bank account.

Orders will not be processed until the deposited funds have been verified and cleared by our bank.

Customers may use a debit card through their banking institution to transfer funds directly to our designated business bank account, where available through their bank's services.

All transferred funds must be successfully received and verified before the order can proceed.

Payment Instructions

After an order is confirmed, Trailer Sales Inc. will provide official payment instructions, including:

• Company name
• Bank name
• Account information
• Routing information (if applicable)
• SWIFT/BIC code (for international payments)
• Invoice number and payment reference details

Customers should only use payment instructions provided directly by Trailer Sales Inc.

Order Processing

Inventory is not considered sold or reserved until payment has been received and verified.

Orders will not be:

• Processed
• Reserved
• Released
• Delivered
• Scheduled for shipment

until payment has successfully cleared and been confirmed by our bank.

Trailer Sales Inc. reserves the right to continue offering inventory for sale until payment verification is complete.

Payment Verification and Clearance

All payments are subject to verification and clearance.

Verification timelines may vary depending on:

• Banking institution
• Method of payment
• Domestic or international transfer processing times
• Banking holidays and weekends

For security and fraud prevention purposes, Trailer Sales Inc. may require additional verification before completing a transaction.

Fraud Prevention Notice

To protect our customers and business from fraud:

• Always verify payment instructions directly with our office before sending funds.
• Do not rely solely on emailed banking information without confirmation.
• Notify us immediately if you receive any communication requesting changes to our banking details.

Trailer Sales Inc. will never request payment through gift cards, cryptocurrency, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or similar payment platforms unless specifically disclosed through official company communication.

Ownership and Release of Trailer

Ownership of all trailers remains with Trailer Sales Inc. until payment has been received, verified, and cleared.

No trailer will be released for pickup, delivery, transport, or shipment until payment confirmation has been completed.

International Payments

International customers may submit payment through approved bank transfer methods.

Customers are responsible for:

• Bank transfer fees
• Currency conversion fees
• Intermediary bank charges
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees where applicable

The full invoice amount must be received by Trailer Sales Inc. before the transaction can be completed.
